At the moment I am working at ePages Software GmbH in Jena as User Interface Designer (leader of design team in research and development department). My tasks and responsibilities are the following:

• planning further enhancements to the ePages user interface
  including: prototyping, screen design and specification of design features and improvements (in coordination with product management), estimation of design tasks
• usability responsible
  including: conducting user tests, analyze results and pass recommendations to product management
• organizational tasks
  including: assign and supervise design tasks, personnel responsibility
• implementation of design tasks
  including: web development (javascript) and design (xhtml, css)
